Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla
- 2-3 slices deli turkey
- 1 slice cheese
- ½ cup Sensei Farms Baby spinach
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons hummus
Preparation
Step 1
Place spinach tortilla on a flat surface or plate. Spread hummus evenly over the center of the wrap, leaving about 1” around the edges.
Step 2
Layer ingredients in the following order to help with rolling: baby spinach, turkey, cheese, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Cut in half; serve immediately or wrap inparchment and store in the fridge for later in the day.
