Blueberry, Almond Butter, and Swiss Chard Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients

For the smoothie base:

  • 1 frozen peeled banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup rainbow swiss chard, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

To serve:

  • 1/2 cup favorite granola
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1/2 cup assorted berries
Preparation

Step 1

Begin by combining all of the smoothie base ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.

Step 2

Spread smoothie mixture evenly around the base of a bowl and garnish with granola, banana, kiwi, and assorted berries. Serve immediately.
